Welcome to the Salon Fusion Family and we can’t wait to meet you soon. All new guests start here with a digital consultation form.  This allows us to get to know you and your lash goals so that we can ensure your initial appointment is booked properly. Please complete the form in full and we will be in touch within 24 hours of your request during our work week which is Monday through Saturday. Lash Application

Each lash is applied 1mm away from the water line. Lashes are never applied directly to the waterline, an unhealthy lash or a baby lash.

Classic Lash Application:

For our classic lash extensions, one single lash extension is applied to a single natural lash. This is the most natural looking method we offer. The fullness of a classic lash set depends on the health and density of your natural lashes.

Hybrid Lash Application:

For our hybrid lash extensions, a fan of lashes is applied to a single natural lash giving a much fuller, thicker look. 

Mixed Set Lash Application:

Does Classic sound too natural but hybrid may be too much? This is the set for you! Our mixed set is a perfect balance of classic and hybrid consisting of 50% single lash extensions and 50% fan lash extensions.

By completing this form, I am submitting an appointment request and price quote inquiry.In response, I will receive an email/text with an appointment time and date option and a general price quote. Your appointment in salon will begin with a 5 minute full consultation to refine the plan for service. Generally, new guests are able to be seen within 1-2 weeks of appointment submission request, but guests with limited availability may have to wait up to 3 weeks to be seen.  I understand that we have a strict 48 hour cancellation policy and if I do cancel my appointment with less than 48 hours notice, I may be charged a fee and/or  banned from booking future appointments with the salon.  By clicking the submit button below, I agree to these terms.
